From Ipswich, England, we bring you Sanjaya Martin Spettigue, who contributes at a local radio station with “Thought of the Day”, a few moments of reflection on themes which are relevant to our spiritual development and understanding.

Drawing on his extensive culture of Eastern and western philosophy, Sanjaya is able to elucidate the most important points in considering matters of spiritual and moral values. He brings a deep and broad perspective to any discussion of relevant matters.

In this recording, Sanjaya brings our attention to selflessness versus selfishness, and how each of the two affect us. through his contributions, Sanjaya encourages us to reflect and contemplate on different subjects which affect us and our communities as well.
