Thought of the Day: On Discipline

Sanjaya Spettigue has been studying meditation with Sri Chinmoy for more than 30 years. These “Thought of the Day” episodes are taken from a weekly contribution Sanjaya makes for a radio station in Suffolk, England.

In these episodes Sanjaya offers his thoughts on relevant issues in the realms of religion, politics, self-transcendence, and society in general.

Sanjaya provides brilliant insight into this severe problem and talks about the inner aspect of this issue, extrapolating to universal values that we can all apply in our daily lives.
