In this most significant episode 50 of “Inspiration-Sounds,” Budhsamudra regales us with three of Sri Chinmoy’s stories. These are traditional stories from India, which Sri Chinmoy re-tells in his own style.

The first story, The Woodcutter and the Barber” shows us the lesson of “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

In the second story, God wanted to Preserve Our Lives, a priest’s excessive zeal puts his life and other’s life in danger.

And finally, in the third story, The King’s Favour,” we learn the lesson of serving in a true spirit of humility.

Our gratitude to Budhsamudra for his excellent narrations, bringing us these stories of peerless wisdom, wit and humor from the ancient culture of India.
