Thought of the Day: On Renunciation

Uploaded on July 16, 2008

Having studied meditation with Sri Chinmoy for over 30 years, Sanjaya draws on the wisdom of Masters such as Vivekananda, the Lord Buddha and Christ, and paths such as Sufism, to throw light on this delicate subject.

Like leaves falling from a tree in the Fall, or water flowing from a brook, renunciation must be, to a certain degree, spontaneous.

We are grateful to Sanjaya for this wonderful podcast on renunciation, which is so important to anyone wanting to make progress on the path of meditation and spirituality.
