Recitations 2004-2008: Aparajita Fishman

For the past 4 or 5 years, we have been delighted by Aparajita’s soulful recitations, both at our local meditations and in our Christmas holidays travels.

Aparajita selects from Sri Chinmoy‘s poetic prose writings, such as “Songs of the Soul” or “Everest-Aspiration”, “Eternity’s Breath”, and others.

Sri Chinmoy’s writings touch on a variety of spiritual subjects, such as “Devotion“, “Empty Moments“, “Life” and “Love“. Again, some of these talks and essays are reflections on the consciousness of the seeker, and his inner journey towards perfection, such as “I Pray, I Meditate” and “I Am In Preparation“.

We are grateful to Aparajita for this soulful and illumining offering, and hope that those who listen to these talks will be inspired to dive deep within and become one with their highest, expanded Self.
