Sri Chinmoy Plays Synthesizer

Last modified September 12, 2007

In this recording, Sri Chinmoy performs on a small synthesizer, affectionately known as “the Japanese Keyboard”, because he bought it in Japan many years ago.

This instrument, like the piano and the organ, provides Sri Chinmoy with the opportunity to express his meditative music in an improvisational manner. Typically, this performance will come in the middle of a concert. It is a very intuitive performance, full of surprises and charm.

We offer Sri Chinmoy our gratitude for this soulful offering.
