"Thought of the Day" is a weekly Radio Show presented by Sanjay Spettigue. Sanjaya offers words of inspiration on a variety of spiritual themes from ideas such as "Soap Operas and life" to "The great Spiritual Masters". The Radio Show is originally published on local Ipswich radio programme. Sanjaya has been a meditation student of Sri Chinmoy for 30 years.
