In this episode of "Conversation-Hearts", Sahayak Plowman shares with us two stories: the first one is about his parents, and how they became students of Sri Chinmoy in their old age. Sahayak is from Brisbane, Australia, and has been studying meditation with Sri Chinmoy since 1994.

The second story is about a very special experience that Sahayak had in a snow-clad mountain in China, and how this experience helped him make a deeper connection with Sri Chinmoy's music.

We hope you enjoy this narration as much as we do. Sahayak is an extraordinary person, kind to the extreme, and quietly determined to spread and share with humanity the light he has received through meditation.

We are grateful to Sahayak for this soulful offering.

Thanks for sharing the stories. Sounds great to be in the mountains with the snow and flute playing.
