"World Harmony Run" Arranged by Sukhdev Lacroix
A dynamic interpretation of Sri Chinmoy's music
It is with great pleasure that we present this masterpiece by Sukhdev. It is an orchestrated arrangement of Sri Chinmoy's song for the World Harmony Run, an annual event that seeks to promote world harmony, brotherhood and friendship through sport.
To my knowledge, Sukhdev has no formal training in music, which means that his musical offerings have the word "TALENT" written all over them. In fact, this orchestration by Sukhdev inspired others to also try to offer their arrangement of the World Harmony Run Song, and we will present more on this site. But Sukhdev was the pioneer; the pathfinder.
The lyrics of the World Harmony Run song, by Sri Chinmoy, are as follows:
