"Songs From The Mist, Moon and Stars" - Sadhak Hearst
Sadhak Hearst shares some of his own songs.
Sadhak has been studying meditation with Sri Chinmoy for many years. His music and sense of poetry is excellent. Sadhak achieves a high level of expression, and his ideas are full of imagination. Here we offer a CD of his original works. Text and music by Sadhak, except for # 3 and 9 (text by P.B. Shelley) and # 10 (text by Dylan Thomas). I like the soothing, expansive quality of Sadhak's music. We hope to hear more from him in the future.
Here are some more notes by Sadhak about each track:
1) Harvest Moon - from the Summer of 2001
2) It Feels Like the End of the World - an Elegy for John F. Kennedy, Junior. Completed while traveling in Ireland, 1999.
