On March 15, 2014, the Sri Chinmoy Centre offered a free concert of meditative music based on the compositions by Sri Chinmoy. This post offers a diverse selection of recordings from that evening including performances by the Sri Chinmoy Choir and Paree’s Group.

Other contributors to these recordings include solists Kodanda (flute) and Duradarshinee (voice), Srinvantu – an all-instrumental male ensemble, and Vedic Fire – a male ensemble with three voices and harmonium.

The music is soulful, peaceful, dynamic and expansive, offering the audience the opportunity of using music as a tool for meditation.

thank you, Kamalakanta and Tejvan for the radio. It nourishes and sustains my heart, my aspiration. This March 15th concert must surely the divinity in humanity.
