“Aspire to the Unattainable”- CD 2 by Sri Chinmoy

Last modified December 7, 2015

This is the 2nd CD in this two volume set, titled “Aspire to the Unattainable”, published in April 2014.

Dear listeners, we continue with this wonderful 2-CD set, which includes talks and interviews with Sri Chinmoy from 1966 to 1971.

Topics included in this 2nd CD: how spiritual Masters serve humanity, the importance of reading spiritual books, how to strengthen one’s devotion, concentration, meditation and contemplation, the importance of discipline and purity and how to conquer negative thoughts.

Quote from Radio Interview, part 4 (#Track Two) – Who is God?

“My personal definition of God is love. God is all love. He is dearest to me because I see in Him love, and at the same time, I see that He is the eternal lover and He is the eternal Beloved. He is both in the individual seeker before he realises the Highest. He is the lover, when he realises the Highest, he becomes the Beloved himself. The lover and beloved totally become one. My definition of God is:

Man and God are eternally one.
Man is God yet to be realised – fully, consciously, integrally.
And God is man yet to be manifested on earth, totally.”

– Sri Chinmoy (unofficial quote)
