Pragati’s Group offers a soulful interpretation of Sri Chinmoy’s songs, on the occasion of the group’s 30th Anniversary. Many of these songs were composed by Sri Chinmoy in Venezuala, December 1983, and were among the fist songs that Pragati’s group sang 30 years ago.

Dear listeners, I do not have the words to describe the feeling that overcame us when we heard Pragati’s Group singing on January 1st, 2014.

All I can say is that this wonderful group has achieved, in my view, a lofty standard of sweetness, soulfulness and beauty of sound. It really helped us all to have a deeper meditation, as the feeling of devotion swept the hall while they were singing. Such a sweet, soulful tone is not heard often!
