A recording of Sri Chinmoy’s piano performances on the occasion of his 70th birthday, August 2001. During this performance, Sri Chinmoy performed on a total of 70 different pianos at Aspiration-Ground, Jamaica, New York.

In this performance, Sri Chinmoy celebrates his 70th birthday by performing on 70 different pianos. He alternated his devotional song melodies with lush improvisations. His improvisations were brilliant, ebullient with enthusiasm and joy, pure joy.

We were, indeed, very fortunate to have witnessed this special moment; and we are very happy to share it with you.

This music is excellent music for meditation. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
