Last modified February 27, 2012

A special recording of traditional prayers and mantras from India sung by Sri Chinmoy during a live performance.

Traditional prayers and mantras of India.

In this recording, Sri Chinmoy, sings seventeen of these songs, accompanying himself on the harmonium. Also included are his spontaneous comments on the significance of some of the songs. Recorded outdoors at the Aspiration-Ground, New York on November 27th, 1994.

The cover photo was taken in Burma on January 7th, 1995.
