“Immortality's Dawn” by Shindhu

If there is a definition of “heavenly” music, then surely this CD by Shindhu must be it.

The beauty and simplicity of these soulful arrangements is soul-stirring. Soulful music can and does elevate our consciousness, and this recording by Shindhu is living proof of it.

Within seconds of hearing it, one may feel transported to a higher realm of consciousness, where peace, light and bliss reign supreme.

This CD is also a testament to the power of Sri Chinmoy‘s music. Sri Chinmoy (1931-2007) wrote more than 18,000 devotional songs. All of these songs he taught to his students while composing them. He always indicated that his songs were not secondary to his meditations, meaning they have the same spiritual height. Considering that he could easily enter into the higher states of samadhi, his music holds, then, lofty heights that can benefit any seeker of the ultimate Truth.

For it is in these deep, elevated states of consciousness that one can feel and perceive the greater truths of life, and grow inwardly, to become a better instrument of God in this world.
