In this episode of Inspiration-Sounds, Budhsamudra Knox brings us two enlightening stories: “I Want Only One Student: The Heart“, and “The Thief’s Protector“.

As you may know, Sri Chinmoy was born in Bengal, India, in 1931. He grew up in a small village, Shakpura, in Chittagong. His childhood was flooded with love, affection and compassion.

As a child, he heard many, many stories, and after he came to America in 1964 and started teaching, he would often tell stories to his students. For those of us who had the privilege of studying directly with Sri Chinmoy, it was a great honour to hear these wonderful tales, full of wisdom, humour and wit.

We are grateful to Budhsamudra for his excellent dramatization of Sri Chinmoy’s stories, and hope that they prove to be both entertaining and illumining for you.
